Mega hex par not responding

Hi, i bought 4 mega hex par the last year, yesterday i was in a rehearsal with a band and one of my lights just stop working. It turns on full white but the led panel doesnt turns on, what can i do?

Hi, when the Mega Hex Par is connected to power if you press and hold the mode button does the display light up? Or does the display remain blank?
