MAC WALK THROUGH

Getting my unit delivered next week.
Using a Imac 27 with Snow lep. traktor Pro with most current update from Native Instruments. Can I have someone with a working Mac set up who is using Traktor address your Issues, and tell me what you have done in steps to get your set up to work. (firmware, downloads, TSI file used,) what ever you can offer to make this unit easy for a quick use. Your help and experience is needed. Thanks

Installed the Mac version of VDJ LE, which installs all needed stuff and drivers. Said thanks and bye.

Started up TP, configured the VMS4 there and loaded the provided AA tsi. Looked crappy, so I remapped everything in TP and created my own tsi. Everything works, no issues on W7 and Snow Lep.

My guess is that the provided install with VDJ is not really clear as well as THE asio for VDJ Pro and Traktor so people get confused.

Sounds like that to me as well. Software is just that, and has no real function if not installed correctly. Some people get it and some don't. Ready carefully, use your brain, and get it right so as to not cause simple issues to cloud the hardware. Thanks! I will make my move in the right direction when my machine arrives. And just so other Mac users know i have seen video on Youtube with Mac users mixing and having their way with the VMS4. Good luck and i will update from New Jersey when the matter can be verified.
