Loading a saved Project back on to Visualizer

I have programs saved on the WMX1, my computer and the LS Cloud, but I can't figure out how to reopen them in Visualizer to run them or work on them further. It must be a simple process, but I've tried many different ways and nothing works yet. A simple step by step would really help. Thanks, Brian

Yes I have watched it a couple of times in the last 3 or 4 days and I don't get it. I have everything saved to all three places and I can't seem to reload the program. I also have to reboot Visualizer twice to get it to work. I'll just keep trying the obvious paths to reloading. Thanks for getting back to me!
