Innocolor 12

Hi ,innocolor 12 not responding in sound active mode ,turned on in menu but no luck

any ideas as to why ?

I think you should check the sensitivity settings on the Innocolour 12 fixture. It's possible that the sensitivity level is set too low, making it unresponsive to the sound input. Increase the sensitivity level gradually and see if it starts responding to the audio.
