I have 4 ADJ inno spots moving heads, 3 of them work absolutely fine, the 4th however will not light up. I have a feeling its something to do with DMX, however when I connect two lights together, nothing happens, no lights show, they move in sync but there are no lights.
I have reset it, nothing happens.
Any ideas on how to fix this please?

Hi, are you running them in DMX? If so, try replicating the address of a known working fixture and use that address on the one not outputting and try it, if it still doesn't output then most likely it is a LED issue.
We may be able to service this fixture for a fee, as I do not think any warranty is still valid for it.
I can send this post to our service team and have someone chime in with options.
