importing packs

hello I have recently purchased a MyDMX2.0. I was told by my dealer to download all of the packs form your website. when I clicked on the link it took me to dropbox. I downloaded all of the files. when I tried to import the files through the software the files were empty but when I looked in the files out of the software they were full.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

I have sorted it now. I downloaded the software through the eu american dj website. It works soo much better and easier.
