I have a set of Artfox Sky Beam 9R

I loaded the 9R fixtures to my DMX GO. In Live mode, I’m not able to select any of the color options unless I go to the Fixtures section and move Faders 9 manually. I have no other profile installed. Please advice.

Quick update.. a few other items that don’t work in Live mode, but do work in Fixtures mode.

Roll, Zoom, Gobo and when I push Prism it starts rotating.
When I hold the button that builds up the flashing it crashes the application.
