I cannot add lights to show / I do not even have access to it

I cannot add lights to show / I do not even have access to it, I have licence for my dmx 3.0 I have created scenes that I work on live but i cannot work ths show section, add buttons etc. Do i need to pay something? Or there is something I must do in order to achieve that.

Also I own to devices mydmx 3.0, the one is recognised in two lap tops windows, but i cannot add it on mac, the second device it is not recognised in any of theme, it asks for licence etc? Is it a bug? Is something I can do?
