So I recently bought the full package of MyDMX2.1 Software on my old laptop. Later on I recently bought a new laptop to replace it. But as I hook up the myDMXbuddy it says no license was bought for myDMX2.1
The thing is, myDMXbuddy was already synchronized with the full license on the same account on the old computer . But doesn't transfer to the new laptop. Any ideas?

Any reason why you installed an older release on the newer computer?
That could be the culprit of the issue, older software and older firmware.
Oh my goodness, that could probably be it. I was wondering why it says April 19 on the new computer instead of May 21st... I believe I downloaded it from ADJ's mydmx buddy download page (https://www.adj.com/mydmx-buddy). Probably clicked the wrong one. Ill give that a try!
