I have a Chauvet 1800 Flex Fogger I want to use with a Easter Drama the guy who set up our system at the church is no longer around to ask how to add new stuff so i am coming here to try and find out. We have all the other fixtures connected and I know this will be at the end of the daisy chain with the other lights just not sure software wise how to add it. Thanks for the help

Hi, for Compu Show show you have to add a new page to patch in new fixtures to your show file.
I do not see a flex 1800 profile made, but i'd bet that the flex 1500 is already in the library and could most likely work for the same purposes as the 1800.
do you need step by step instructions on how do do this?
Yes I will thank you. The only thing I was showed when I took it over was click on the button to fire the scene nothing else. Thanks for the help
ok its this process, just skip the making a whole new show part.

Followed those steps and used the Hurricane Flex 1500 Fog since no 1800 in the list........ It's not doing anything for the machine I can't set it to go off or do anything............. Does this mean it doesn't work with Compu Show? I see the hurricane flex 1800 which is this machine but it doesn't say fog on it...... Thanks for the help
Does the 1800 have a DMX indicator light? Typically as long as the address matches and its the same amount of channels, it should do something.
If you can link me to the correct product page i can compare the DMX from the 1500 to the 1800.

That's the one we have. I found a flex 1800 but it didn't work either. All we need is it to come on during a scene for the Easter drama and off but I couldn't get it to do that
Hi, since this 1800 Flex only uses 1 dmx channel to work, you just need to use maybe even a generic dimmer or something that's 1 channel from the _generic section of the library and then ensure you are patching that page to the correct address the Flex is set too.
