I am trying to set a router to take to my venue to link the MyDMX Go, to avoid loosing my network link from the unit alone. Lightrider has some instruction in their user guide, by ADJ does not. I have not done this before, and am looking for some direction.

I was having this issue as well. But now I am seeing that the MyDMXGo doesn't automatically sync to my router. So I need to run hardware manager on every gig and keep the MyDMXGo connected to my laptop? It can't remember the settings?
Is something maybe kicking the GO off of your own network? what wifi channel is the GO set too? Are you running any wireless DMX as well? And if so, how close is the transmitter to the GO?
No wireless DMX, nothing like that. As soon as I disconnect the MDG from my laptop after I connected it to the router via Hardware manager, and then disconnect it from my laptop and plug it into the wall power, the settings I just made are gone.
Ok so the GO doesn't show up in the app at all? Or does it connect but not work?
Try to connect directly to the GO using it's WIFI and take the wireless router out of the configuration and see if it connects fine then?
