I bought 2 accuspot 300s less than a year ago. My problem is that after programming both lights with my FREEKIE controller, one of the bulbs in my fixtures decides not to turn on, but will still move thru the program.
Example: I will set the 1st program. Both of the light's shutters are opened, and the dimmer is full on. At this time, the bulbs are working fine. I will record the program step by step with no problems. Now occasionally, as soon as I try to run what i just recorded, one of the fixtures will not show any light. But the fixture is moving in the pattern i recorded. And after that, If i go back into the recording mode, the bulb will still not come back on. I then have to reset the power. Then it will work. For how long, I don't know,
Has anyone experienced this?
Someone please help! I called in American dj, and they have never heard of this happening.
I spent a crapload on these fixtures and now don't even offer them as an upgraded package because of the unreliability of it working or not!
