I have an Elation Professional Compu Show SD. I'm trying to update the Firmware to work with the latest version of Compu Show. When I go into Hardware Manager and click on the device it says "Functionality not supported by the Device"
Diagnostic report attached.
Is this DMX controller not supported any longer?

Hi, is the plastic housing for this one white?
I may have an older release that should work with it if it is.
but yes we only briefly sold the SD but discontinued it to move to the SDE version.
Yes, the plastic housing is white. Thanks so much because now my light show doesn't work 
So uninstall the one you have. And install this one.

Thank you. Downloading now. Something I should mention is that I tried to update the firmware on the unit. Hardware manager says 1.20. Will I be able to over write the firmware with a lower version?
