Fogstorm 1700HD DMX Remote Programming

I tried programming the remote for DMX mode and it does not seem to be working. I'm using the Operator Pro controller and addressing the Fogstorm to channel 136. Dip switches 8 and 4 in the on position. I tried connecting the output of the Operater Pro to both the pigtail on the remote and the xlr connecter on the face of the remote and have no luck with either.

Any suggestions?

OK,
What I found was that I had the manual DMX button pushed in and it seemed like it was running off the timer/duration mode.

I also found that that dmx fader can only be raised a little bit to make and break the switch.

So, I assigned the fog machine to a preset button on the par side of the operator pro and problem solved

PS The analog fog button on the Operator Pro will also trigger this fog machine with a five pin cable. I had a hundred footer already made up from a previous project and it works fine
