Fog Fury Jett Pro not heating

I have a fog fury jett pro that when plugged in fails to heat up, and is stuck trying to enter the heat cycle reading "HEAT" on the display. I pulled the front plate off to see if the external fuse was blown, but it still is in tact.

Any advice on how to get this thing up and running again?
