focus spot 4z

I have been asked to look at 4 ADJ Focus Spot 4z fixtures that work in every regard except that the beam is very dimm and cannot be increased. These fixtures are just out of warranty as far as I am aware,

I suspect there is an issue with the LED itself as someone suggested they need LED driver boards. How do I identify the issue?

I have also noticed that the rear cooling fan comes on and operates when the unit is first plugged in, but then stops once the startup sequence is completed and does not come back on.
