FOC369 Focus Beam LED How do I just do gobos without the prism

This may be a really newbie question, but we bought these lights to do controlled beam lighting and just need to use the gobos and NOT the prisms. I am stuck with eight circles in a flower shape and no gobo. I see the gobo tries to change... but all I get is the flower, no focused beam. Any advice would be lovely. I've set the DMX for that channel to each of the gobos to see if it changes but alas, nothing. How do I disable the beam splitter?

Hi, can you tell me what DMX controller you are using to control these? As well as what DMX channel mode?
