While you have the Chauvet LED PAR 38 TRI available on your fixture list, my TRI-B doesn’t seem to respond accurately. Can you please add the B model of this fixture? Thanks!

Hi, looking at the manual and the fixture profile, what doesn't respond correctly? This profile matches exactly what is in the manual. so please give me more details on what isn't working and i will see what we can do. It is a quite old profile, so maybe it just needs to be updated a bit...
Thanks, maybe it’s a hardware problem with this particular light and not a setting thing. It was just blinking like a strobe and I made sure none of the settings were causing this, so it could be a connection problem, but thought I’d double check the fixture settings to make sure that wasn’t the issue. Thanks!
If it was blinking like a strobe, then go to the channels section and see what they are doing.
