Fixture 1 turns on when power restored

Before leaving the sound/lighting booth the spots on scene 1 are turned off by pressing scene 1 button and power is turned off to booth and ADJ controller. When power to the booth and ADJ controller is turned on scene 1 turns on without pressing the scene 1 button. Why? Can this be suppressed or moved to another scene?
