Faulty Mega TRI 60 ?

Hi, I have a Mega TRI 60 where the numerical display/keypad is dead / unresponsive, and the nine LEDs give a constant white light. Is there any way to reset it, to maybe get it back to being responsive, or should it be serviced? Thanks
