Fader increments by + or - 1

Could we have please on a next update :

when we access the fixture channels the possibility to have a + & - button on each fader for smooth setting of the fader  value.

sometimes i want to go +1  ( from 15 to 16 lets say) and with my fingers it is difficult to do so.

not everybody has small or steady fingers .
