ERROR CODE XHL 75

We are currently useing a loan unit and the own is in need of his laptop. I've hooked up a Mac Mini with mydmx installed. When i connected the MyDMX dongle it just shows EA on it. When i use Hardware Manager it gives me Error code XHL 75. I dont know what to do to fix this issue anyone know what i could do to solve this issue?
