error code

hello I have a situation with two my dmx 3 controls, it asks me to update the hardware manager, when I try to do it I get an error code that says XHL-NAP 65, does anyone know what procedure or if there is any link to solve this error

Hi, did you install the latest MyDMX 3 software from the product page? If so, can you confirm the date of the software?
