ELC DMX Programmer w/Accu Spot 250 II

I have a ELC DMX Programmer, 2 Accu Spot 250 II moving heads & 4 Martin SCX 500 scanners. I'm having trouble trying to program the ELC DMX programmer w/all 6 fixtures. I've followed the step by step instructions but still can't get it to program. And another problem I'm having is w/the Martin scanners, all 3 would read 110 but 1 would read 810 and wouldn't move. It works if it's sound active. Any advice??
