Easy Remote "No Devices Found"

I've had really good luck using the Easy Remote app with MyDMX 2.0. However, this past weekend, the app just refused to find any active device. My DMX 2.0 found the interface just fine and we could control the show via the PC. However, the iPad app just would not find the device. My wireless network and PC connection was fine because we could control our Presonus board as normal with the iPad. Unfortunately, we had to play a "set it and forget it" boring light show because there was no FOH position. Is there any trick in making sure the dongle gets a valid IP so it can be seen by Easy Remote?

I went ahead and updated to ios7 with the latest update since, so I will try connecting this week.

I've encountered this before intermittently, but usually a hard reset of the iPad helped it out. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case this weekend. I would like to get this figured out this week because I have another show this weekend.

I am encountering the exact same issue. In addition to performing a hard reset on the iPad,I uninstalled and re-installed the EasyRemote app, but to no avail. Also, tapping "Refresh" on EasyRemote does not seem to do anything.
