I am only getting channels 3 and 4 to work on my DP DMX 20L. I have a DMX signal from the scene setter 24 and all the lights have been tested and are fine. I've checked the channel modes (set for ch-04), fade, and have even had it first and second in a chain with another DP 20L(that one works fine). The fuses are ok and there is power at the socket, tested with meter. The pak is getting the signal to power the socket as I can see the led come on when I cycle through using the scene setter or just using the program changes on the dimmer itself. I'm getting this system ready to sell and I need to know why this stopped working and what I can do to get it to work again.
