Just wanted to express my frustration. I have been very patient and understanding but I give up. Its been over a week with no support since my last post. I cant believe I am unable to receive any support from your team. I am returning your product today and will never deal with you brand again. Im going with the "Hercules 4mx" I really wish someone could have at least pretended to care...

Thank you for the reply. I will call you as soon as I have a free moment. The problem im having is with the VMS4 Drivers. They will not extract from the device, I believe it is due to my processor type which is a AMD Phenom II 6 Core. I really want to keep the vms4, I love the design and feel. I hope we can find a solution. Thank you Joel!
