Device no longer connecting

Hey!

Been Using Mydmx3.0 and the box for about a year, but now when booting up my box is no longer being detected by mydmx or by hardware manager. Tried a few different cables. Box is showing it is receiving power but not USB signal. Do I just need to get a new box?

Hey! I’m not at the computer right now, but I ended up fixing it by plugging the box into another computer with myDmx and it connected, and now it works on the original computer somehow
