DCD Pro 1000 Play buttons

Well, my happiness with the DCD Pro 100 was short lived. All of a sudden I'm having problems with the play buttons not working when I press them. Takes a couple times of pressing them to work. Other times starts right up first try. Anyone have a solution for this problem instead of shipping to service?
