I’m running a airstream DMX bridge with iPad I’m currently trying to connect Starbar Wash t bar but it does not connect . Any suggestion or videos that can help run my DMX with my lights .

Hello,
is the Starbar Wash not showing up in the list of fixtures available in the Airstream app or is the Starbar not responding to any commands you send it from your device?
It does show on the list but starbar wash does not take the commands
Is the indicator light on the Airstream blinking any time you adjust any of the channels? Is the Starbar set to the same address to where you have your light patched into the Airstream app?
Is there a video you can provide? I’m little lost
