Chavet Min Spot Problems

For some reason I am having trouble with the gobo channel on mydmx with the Chavet Min Spot. I've tried six different profiles in the library, both 5 and 13 channel settings, each with the same result. The gobo channel won't stop cycling through all gobos. It's like the fader has no effect on the gobo channel. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks in advance.

That doesn't sound like something the program would do. sounds like it is a fixture issue. Try resetting the fixture.

Tried that first thing. Don't think it's the fixture. I have two and they are both doing the same thing.

For 13 channel mode the only way I can see for gobo scroll to be on is channel 13 dmx value at 128-255. Other than that I see no reason it should be doing a gobo scroll. Perhaps you better check with chauvet see what they say and then let me know.
Also not to bash another companies products but the Min spots especially are not known for their robust build quality.
