Chauvet Wash FX Sound Active

DJ In LIMobile DJ

I have a Chauvet Wash FX Hex light set on 11 channels. Having trouble programming sound active mode using Live Edit. Channel 10 is used for sound active mode 251-255 but using these values have no effect. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, it's hard for us to troubleshoot this as its not an ADJ fixture, i would check the manual for the Wash Fx Hex and see if there's another parameter that might be needed or interfering with the sound Active mode.
