I have 2 of these lights that work on my direct DMX system but don't do anything with MyDMXGo. I have created a new environment and have only added these 2 lights but can't get them to do anything. I am running these in 12 channel mode. I've tried to find similar fixtures that have the same mappings, but no luck on that yet either.

I moved the lights from 321 to 171 and functionality is now working as expected. Is there some issue with higher DMX addresses?
Hi, a quick note for you, the GO only comes with 256 channels of DMX out of the box, you'd have to purchase the remaining 256 from store.dmxsoft.com if you want the full 512 universe the app supports, so yes, anything patched higher than 256 will not have worked.
Ah, I didn't know that. I thought the pro version only allowed you to use the other output. The full 512 would go over both outputs at that point then if purchased the upgrade?
I ordered 2 of the Chauvet intimidator Spot 110s. Items arrived by date estimate. I can not give 5 stars though because one of the spots had the focus lens assembly cross threaded. It took a bit of work to free it and realign the assembly. It was really stuck. I did get it free though. Once I fixed that deficiency, they were just fine.
Confirm that the Chauvet Intimidator Spot 110 is set to the correct DMX mode. If you are using DMX control, the fixture needs to be in the correct mode to respond to DMX signals.
Quick note: GO includes 256 DMX channels out-of-the-box. Purchase additional 256 channels from store.dmxsoft.com for full 512 universe support. Anything patched beyond 256 won't function.
