Im currently in the same situation!

as the new in house engineer i got told the back story, we had a mydmx 2 Interface which died so we got a new mydmx 3 interface which died a few weeks back so weve bought another interface and the venue owner doesnt know what email address the license was registered to so after the 30 day trial ive bought a year license but would be great to get the full one moved over!

Just reach out to the store.dmxsoft.com website and their support line, give them the SN# thats shows up in the software for the device and tell them you need to move the license to a preferred email account, it's best to set one up now before reaching out to them.
