CDI-500MP3 or Velocity-MP3

I just tried the cdi 500 mp3 players at the local pro audio shop. Just my personal opinion and nothing more......the lay out is still something to get used to. I still like the old Pro Scratch 2 lay out. I need to go back this weekend and play with them some more. I didn't see the Velocity in yet.

I have used both and to be honest with you I only like the Velocity. Do not like the layout of the CDI but I think it's because I am partial to the S5000's that I use on my rig!

I own a cdi - 500 , I just bought it, like 4 months ago, now it is mp3 compatible? for the same price I paid?? wheres my firmware upgrade!!
