Cannot Save Fixture Profile

I purchased the MyDMX 3.0 software this week, along with 8 Pocket Pro fixtures. I could not find the fixtures in the premade library, so I am creating a profile in the ScanLibrary Editor. It has taken some doing, but I have created the profile. However, I cannot save what I've made - it says I have "errors", despite the library check specifically saying that I have no errors. How do I save this thing? It has taken all afternoon to create this profile, and if I end up losing it . . . well, things might get thrown. So, help, please?
