Cannot get LIVE mode to work properly for the LIFE of me

I am experiencing multiple issues in the new myDmx 3.0 software and after spending hours and hours working through the manual and DmxSoft, I’ve determined that all of the rest of my issues are with ADJ and the myDmx software (and not licensing correctly through DmxSoft).

I cannot get LIVE mode to work at all without leaving LIVE and hitting EDIT. *THEN* things that were in LIVE mode start playing but when I go back and change scenes in LIVE mode, the scene change isn’t reflected until I navigate to EDIT mode. That makes no sense.

Also none of the global controls in LIVE mode work: Master Dimmer, Blackout, etc.

The PLAY buttons in the groups in LIVE do nothing either (until I navigate back to EDIT mode).

Please help as I have spent HOURS on this!

Also can't get scenes from one group to go along with a scene from a different group at the same time in Edit mode. (Like I said, can't really utilize the LIVE mode at all at this point - which is very frustrating).

* I have just the Hazer on full blast as a scene in one group. It'd be great to run that independently while other scenes in the main group are playing. So I can add more haze as needed.
