Can’t log in on IPad Air

I have an iPad Air and I am trying to log in through the app to retrieve my fixtures I put in through the profile builder. When I log in it tells me I have successfully logged in and takes me straight back to the live page of the app but doesn’t log me in.

Hi, we are very sorry for the issues and are aware of the problem and the dev team is actively working on it, but as of right now there is a known issue with the log in function.
As soon as i'm made aware that its fixed, i will reply here and let you know.
also keep trying it throughout the day. Thank you and sorry again for the issue.
