Blackout key not turning off dimming moving head

Hello! Just trying to get some help. I have 2 U'King 25W Moving Heads from Amazon/Aliexpress. When I press my Blackout key, all my fixtures blackout correctly except these moving heads. If I click the encoder for the group blackout, it works. I can dim as well just doesn't seem to be handled correctly with the blackout key. Any help is appreciated!
