Hi, sorry for the delay, the developers were trying to reproduce the error but couldn't to they are asking.  Would you be able to ask the user to do the following to get more information:

Launch the software via the binary file:

- Follow file path : Applications/MyDMX3/MyDMX3.

- Right click on MyDMX3 and select 'Show Package Contents'

- Then follow the file path : Contents/MacOS/mydmx3.

- Double-clicking the file 'MyDMX3' from this file location launches the app via a terminal, thus showing a little more info.

- Take a screenshot of this terminal window after the crash and send it over.

I hope there isn't an issue joining in on this conversation.
I have the same issue and haven't any of the mentioned apps installed.

May not be the exact same issue. But perhaps they are related?

Hi, email me this info as I instructed the OP. My email is jamesk@adj.com
Thanks! Are you using the new 2022 release?

Hello everybody,

I'm having the same issue, but hadn't the problem before...

All was fine, but after some month of not using the interface, I'm having exactly the same problem with November 05 version. Then I tried the latest march 22 version. with and without interface connected, the software crashes instantly after loading.

Monterey 12.5.1 (intel CPU)
I tried the download from adj.com and dmxsoft.com
I also tried the advices from this post starting the software via terminal / content

Would be very nice to get some help my lights working <3

Greetings from Hamburg Germany!

Hi please email me this info and I will look into it.
jamesk@adj.com

Hello! I have a similar problem with MyDMX 3.0 and my MacBook Air M1. I recently bought my MyDMX 3.0 and when trying to use it on my Mac I find it impossible to select a fixture to patch. No matter what model or brand of luminaire you use, when you select it MyDMX crashes automatically. Does anyone have a solution for this? Because that way the software is unusable. Thank you.
