Okay, so first of all, I have just upgraded to 5 from 3….
My APC mini Works absolutely perfectly in 3, Give or take the odd crash or two
Upon first opening my DMX5 midi watcher can’t see my Apc at all do I have to do something to make it work initially or should it just be seen?

Hi, if you just did a license upgrade, what license did you upgrade too? If you bought the 5.0 hardware it should work right away after registering it as the 5.0 hardware comes with the FULL license to use MIDI. If your license is EXPRESS then you do not have MIDI control as an option under that license.
Upgraded the 3 Interface, BUT have upgraded to the FULL licence
Does it appear in the midi settings at all? Perhaps you just need to re-set it up? does the license show as FULL in the device info section of the settings for the 3.0 box? Put a few screenshots here and i can look at it?
I’ll get some screenshots in the morning, APC, Doesn’t show up anywhere in any of the settings, and even when I open Midk watcher and press some buttons, nothing happens.
However, if I close the app, And reopen my DMX 3 it works fine, so I know it’s not a problem with the controller,
