So, I finally got to test out my new lights tonight, and to my concern, one of the lights was not tracking or following the same pattern as the other lights. When I approached the faulty light, I noticed a message that read "Error Channel", Error: RotGobo". Anyone know what this means, or how I can get the light to funcion properly? This thing is less than 5 days old!

How do you do a full system reset.
I have a pair of the 5z and one will get a error on zoom every time I set it up. Super annoying.
I have the same issue as the OP. So there is no solution for this issue?
