So, I finally got to test out my new lights tonight, and to my concern, one of the lights was not tracking or following the same pattern as the other lights. When I approached the faulty light, I noticed a message that read "Error Channel", Error: RotGobo". Anyone know what this means, or how I can get the light to funcion properly? This thing is less than 5 days old!

Got mine today opened it from box no manual and turned on to a error message and they are brand new out the box from the shop I done a full system reset and seems to be ok but that’s not the point
How do you do a full system reset.
I have a pair of the 5z and one will get a error on zoom every time I set it up. Super annoying.

The reset code is 050 this only works on error codes. It will come back on if it still needs fixed tho. Best of luck. My problem was the zoom motor it needed lube lol 😂
