Airstream DMX Bridge Issue : Please Help!!

I just bought a pair of ADJ Focus Flexs. I already owned the Airstream DMX bridge and so i'm familiar with the app and WiFly protocol as i have been using it for over 4 years with my ADJ WiFLY RGBA Bars and with other lights as well. I was able to get the lights to link, thats not the problem, and mind you this is after i figured out the differences between the regular and pro app versions because i used to use my phone and now i'm now on an iPad and then also the importance of selecting or unselecting Sacn mode. My issue is i'm not able figure out how to trigger the 20 built in programs when i'm in the using the Airstream bridge app. When using the built in menu on the Focus Flex's i am able to trigger and scroll through the 20 built in automatic programs but not when i'm using the Airstream dmx bridge. When using the app there is a channel labeled 'internal programs' but this instead triggers the fixture to scroll through the virtual color wheel.

Also does the Focus Flex not have a Sound Active feature ?????

Sounds like you are using the wrong channel mode on the app if the channels aren’t lining up right.

I dont think that's the problem. My issue is when in "internal program" mode via the either the Airstream Regular or Pro App instead of being able to run the 20 automated built in programs which have complex movement, zoom, color changes, and fades it triggers the 7 leds to cycles through a virtual color wheel pattern. There is also zero fixture head movement.

Post in one of the Facebook support groups for more help. Either the old app group or the pro app group. You’ll get more responses there. I still think the profile you selected isn’t matching the channel mode your light is set to. The channels aren’t lining up right from your description.

Hello, to me this doesn't really seem like an airstream issue, this sounds like you are not using the right channel or if you are and it isn't doing anything you are in the wrong channel mode. Attached is a picture of the channel number for ALL channel modes for the 20 preset macro channel.

My airstream was working fine and than all of a sudden it won’t appear as wifi, after resetting it it would show up on wifi but the standard password would not work.

I took the unit home and it was able to connect don’t know what is happening, need help

Which DMX channel mode are you using? Refer to the DMX traits guide and ensure you are activating the correct channel for the channel mode you are using. Keep in mind you also have to properly set the program fade, speed, abd pan/tilt speed.
