Airstream DMX Bridge does not work with Airstream Pro

Hello everyone!
I really hope that someone can help me because I have been unable to solve this problem for days and it is quite annoying. I have a Cameo Hydrabeam 4000 light that I just can't get to work with Airstream DMX Bridge and Airstream Pro (red app). What is especially annoying about this is that it works with the simpler Airstream DMX program (blue app). I do everything the same with both programs, but for some reason Pro doesn't work. (I've already restarted, reinstalled the program, I've done the patching about 5 times already, but nothing. Maybe someone can help me? It would help a lot 🥺 Thanks!

Did you read the instructions or check the Facebook group? Did you turn on sACN in the bridge?

First of all, thank you for your reply Ken! And to answer your question, I haven't joined any groups yet. (Whitch is the FB group?) I looked for the settings, but I didn't set anything specifically, since the other application was able to control it without any problems. Could I get a video or a normal detailed guide for setting it up? Because, in my opinion, this is not easy at all for a layman.. Thank you!
