ADJ Vizi Beam 12rx

i just bought ADJ Vizi Beam 12rx and turn it on and it had a code

Focus Reset Fail

Manual Controls don't work neither

i connect it to dmx controller and it does move around but there's no light

if i turn the lamp on i can see that its on but its not projecting

i don't know what to do

gobos don't change on my adj vizier beam 12rx when using dmx
