Hi, I just received my new ADJ ENTOUR SNOW machine and there is no DMX IN port - the sign is there, but the hole is covered with plastic. There is only DMX OUT present, which makes no sense to me. Any tips what is going on and how to fix it?

Hi, since i work remotely i asked our support team in the office and they said, those are easily removable plastic caps, they should just be able to pop right off and then you can cover the DMX ports not in use.

I expected, that there will be DMX IN port, but there is none. But it the product specification it says, that the product supports DMX control- so how do I add the DMX IN port?
You should have a DMX in port, it may simply be covered by a plastic cap that is easily removable with a fingernail or small coin. all units ship with a DMX in and out, there is no way it would pass our QC line with a missing DMX port.
