Accuspot 250II

I have 2 accuspot250II the slave will work fine in stand alone mode but when i hook it to the master it will do everything the master does but the shutter won't open i tried reseting shutter still doesn't work! any ideas?

Do u have a DMX controller to see if you can get the shutter to open? if anything give our service dept a call first thing monday morning. Sincerely,
