19 Mxr : Cue problèm

Hello, i'm new on this forum and i need help.
The cue level on my 19 mxr is very sensible, i don't know if it´s a material or firmware problem.
When the cue level is at the lower, the headphone level is loud.
Other problem, cue level is not the same that mix level. When i switch between cue and mix the sound level in the headphone increase.

hello i have the same problem with my 10mxr i
hope we'll have solution to fix it

hi
i had problem more or less the same when i take the mixer to the lab they say its a problem in on of the pre amp so i needed to replace it
i recon if its the same problem buy a new don't fix it its now worth it
