Works on Mac but not on Windows

Hello, I bought a myDMX-RM and set up everything on MyDMx3 on windows. But when we restarted the computer, the lights didn't worked. When I open MyDMx3 it recognize the hardware but it does not send the commands to the lights. So we tried using a mac and it worked. But I need to use it on a windows computer.

Hi, this is a bit of an odd issue to troubleshoot, but if it worked on windows once, it should work again. I would go into the device settings and ensure universe 1 is enabled to output.
